We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original packaging, and with any tags or accessories included.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the eligible item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

For personalized items, exchanges may only be available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

However, the item must still be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
