If we engrave your bracelet differently from the details you submitted, send a different size from the one you ordered, or your bracelet arrives defective, we’ll arrange a free replacement once the issue is confirmed—including replacement shipping.

Email support@wearformstay.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Engraving Changes

Need to change your engraving? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are possible only before production begins.

Please double-check spelling, dates and punctuation before placing your order.

Shipping

Worldwide air shipping. Free shipping on orders over $59.99.

Processing: 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping: an estimated 8–12 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Sizing

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, customer-entered engraving errors, or an incorrectly chosen size. Engraving errors made by us, incorrect items and defects are covered under our Engraving & Quality Promise.

Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Bracelet length is not the same as wrist circumference.
