If your bracelet becomes damaged through everyday wear, we offer a two-year repair service. Repair materials are included, with a $5 USD labor fee.

As your family grows or someone new becomes part of your story, you can request additional names on your bracelet. Materials are included, with a $5 USD labor fee. Name additions are subject to available space and compatibility.
Shipping & Service Requests
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for repairs and name additions.
Before sending your bracelet, email support@wearformstay.com with your order number, clear photos, and details of the repair or names you would like added. We’ll confirm the available service and provide shipping instructions.
These paid services are separate from our Engraving & Quality Promise. Confirmed engraving errors made by us, incorrect sizes sent by us, or defects on arrival qualify for a free replacement—including replacement shipping.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, customer-entered engraving errors, or an incorrectly chosen size. Engraving errors made by us, incorrect items and defects are covered under our Engraving & Quality Promise.

We recommend keeping the engraving short for the cleanest result. Names, initials, dates, or a few meaningful words work best. Longer messages can be engraved, but the text will become smaller.
What if I make a mistake in my engraving?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production hasn’t started, we’ll gladly update your engraving at no extra cost.
