Two-Year Repair Service
Every FormStay product comes with access to our two-year repair service for eligible everyday-wear damage. Repair materials are included, with a $5 labor fee and two-way shipping costs paid by the customer.

Sizing: Check the available bracelet size options before ordering. The elastic cord allows some flexibility but does not guarantee a universal fit.

Personalized Returns: Custom-engraved items generally cannot be returned for customer-entered engraving errors, incorrect size selections, or changes of mind. This does not affect our Engraving & Quality Promise.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, customer-entered engraving errors, or an incorrectly chosen size. Engraving errors made by us, incorrect items and defects are covered under our Engraving & Quality Promise.
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Bracelet length is not the same as wrist circumference.

Yes. You can engrave names, initials, dates, coordinates, or a short meaningful phrase. We recommend keeping each engraving under 20 characters for the best appearance.
Can each bracelet have different engraving?
Absolutely. Each bracelet can be personalized separately, making it perfect for couples, friends, or family members.
Is the bracelet waterproof?
Yes. Made from premium 316L stainless steel, it’s waterproof, sweat-resistant, and designed for everyday wear.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually handcrafted within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location.
What if I make a mistake in my engraving?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production hasn’t started, we’ll gladly update your engraving at no extra cost.
Is it suitable as a gift?
Definitely. Every bracelet comes ready for gifting and makes a thoughtful present for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, or just because.
Will the engraving fade over time?
No. The engraving is precision laser engraved into the stainless steel, making it durable for everyday wear.
Can I return a personalized bracelet?
Because each bracelet is made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect or we made a mistake with your order.
