Refunds and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy extends for 30 days. We understand that selecting personal items online can sometimes be challenging. All orders are eligible for return or exchange—and a full refund—within 30 days of purchase, provided that a proof of purchase (invoice) is supplied. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that for most products, items must be unused to qualify for a refund; however, a restocking fee may apply if the original packaging is not retained. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees and additional service charges (such as gift wrapping fees) are also non-refundable.

If the item is in stock, we will process your refund or exchange once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise.

Please note that once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Promotional items and free gifts included in special offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping labels are provided only for defective products discovered within the policy's time frame.

Return shipping costs vary depending on the product's weight, your designated return address, and your chosen shipping method.

The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards

- Personalized items

- Used items; returns will not be accepted if there are any signs of wear or use.

- Sale items (special offers)

For defective items purchased within the last year, customers may request a 50% discount code for a replacement of the same item, provided they can supply a valid proof of purchase.


Upon return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address listed on the shipping label.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will process your request, and the refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within one week. All shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.

**Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)**
If you have not yet received your refund, please start by checking your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.
Then, contact your bank. Refunds typically require some processing time before they appear in your account.

**Sale Items (If Applicable)**
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.

**Exchanges (If Applicable)**
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to support@wearformstay.com.

**Gifts**
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue the gift credit to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver, and they will be notified of your return.

**Returns Without a Prepaid Label**

If you are returning an item, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may choose any shipping method that is convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number so that you can monitor your package's progress. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. If you choose to ship via a service that does not offer tracking, Wearformstay cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit.
